Rules for Ordering Keys andTheft-Related Parts: Owners

  1. Photocopy both sides of owner’s current and valid registration/title.
  2. Photocopy both sides of owner’s current and valid driver’s license/passport.
  3. Completed TRP from signed by owner/authorized agent/employee.
  4. If not being ordered and picked up by owner, then additional steps A & B apply:
    1. Verified and signed document by owner authorizing order of pickup of designated person.
    2. Photocopy both sides of current and valid driver’s license/passport of authorized person.
  5. Vehicle must be present at this dealership when electronic key is delivered to customer. ID and vehicle must match order information. Key Functionality must be verified.
  6. If key was lost, customer must be advised that a complete lock set is advised.
  7. Surrender old part to be destroyed, unless, lost, or customer states additional key was needed/signed off by owner.
